The Project

Phoenix Group needed a unified brand experience that could clearly communicate the scale of its business and the strength of its six specialized divisions. Before the rebrand, each division had its own visual direction, creating inconsistency across customer touchpoints and making the company feel fragmented.

Following the brand foundation created by Defining, we were brought in to translate the refreshed Phoenix Group identity into a complete digital and marketing asset system. The work included website design, a brochure, one-sheets, a presentation deck, business cards, envelopes, and letterhead.

Our goal was to create a cohesive brand ecosystem that made Phoenix Group easier to understand, easier to navigate, and easier to trust.

One Brand. Six Divisions.

Phoenix Group operates across six specialized divisions: Phoenix Technologies, Phoenix Assembly, Phoenix Quality, Phoenix Packaging, Phoenix Logistics, and Phoenix Material. Each division plays a distinct role in the supply chain, but the brand needed to show how they work together as one integrated partner.

We helped bring that structure to life through a connected visual and messaging system. The parent brand established the larger promise of Phoenix Group, while each division had its own clear identity within the same family.

The result was a system that balanced unity and distinction. Phoenix Group could now show up as one company with one shared standard, while still giving each division the space to communicate its own capabilities and value.

Website System

The website system was designed to make a complex business feel clear and accessible. With multiple divisions serving different operational needs, the experience had to help visitors understand both the full Phoenix Group ecosystem and the specific role of each division.

We created the website experience for Phoenix Group and five division websites:

Phoenix Group
https://www.teamphoenix.com/

Phoenix Technologies
https://www.teamphoenix.com/technologies

Phoenix Assembly
https://www.teamphoenix.com/assembly

Phoenix Quality
https://www.teamphoenix.com/quality

Phoenix Packaging
https://www.teamphoenix.com/packaging

Phoenix Material
https://www.teamphoenix.com/material

Phoenix Logistics was developed internally by the Phoenix Group team.

The sites were structured to move users from the big picture to the details. Phoenix Group introduced the full supply chain story, while each division page focused on capabilities, industries served, key differentiators, and clear paths to contact.

Brochure

We created a brochure to introduce the full Phoenix Group story and position the company as a single partner across every link in the supply chain.

The brochure gave Phoenix Group a polished overview of its mission, divisions, capabilities, and proof points in one cohesive sales asset.

One-Sheets

We created a one-sheet system for Phoenix Group and its divisions, giving the sales team focused tools for different customer conversations.

Each one-sheet followed a consistent structure, making it easier to communicate capabilities, industries, differentiators, and contact details in a clear, repeatable way.

Presentation Deck

We created a presentation system that helped Phoenix Group communicate with more consistency and polish across sales meetings, internal presentations, and division-specific pitches.

The deck included flexible templates for title slides, section dividers, solution spotlights, industry overviews, capability pages, charts, case studies, leadership pages, and closing slides.

Stationery System

We extended the brand into a stationery system that included business cards, envelopes, and letterhead.

Each piece used the same visual structure with division-specific colors, logos, contact details, and URLs, helping Phoenix Group show up consistently across formal and everyday business communications.

Building a Scalable Brand System

This project was not just about creating individual assets. It was about building a system.

The websites, brochure, one-sheets, presentation deck, business cards, envelopes, and letterhead all worked together to create a more consistent customer experience. Each piece reinforced the same core message: Phoenix Group brings clarity, accountability, and execution across the supply chain.

The final system gave Phoenix Group a stronger foundation for growth. It made the brand easier to use internally, easier to understand externally, and easier to scale across divisions, teams, and customer touchpoints.

Conclusion

We helped turn Phoenix Group’s refreshed identity into a complete digital and marketing asset system. From the website experience to the brochure, from division one-sheets to everyday business collateral, every asset was designed to work together.

Using the DOSE Method as a final lens, we evaluated the system for momentum, trust, authority, and ease. The result is a cohesive brand ecosystem that helps Phoenix Group communicate with more clarity, consistency, and confidence.
